Before the Spring Festival

Spring Festival is the biggest day for Chinese people before it comes, usually, all the family members will get together, doing the house cleaning work, which means to start the new year with a good beginning. I love doing housework with my family, which is a happy moment for me. When I clean every corner, I always can find something that has missed before. The moment I find it, I am very excited and just like a big surprise. My parents will decorate the house by buying new curtains and changing the indoor styles. After finishing the job, the house looks completely new, which makes us have a good mood. My parents and I have good communication during the cleaning time. We talk about the past days and laugh happily, and look forward to the new year.

春節對中國人來說是最盛大的節日。在這個節日到來之前，通常情況下，所有的家庭成員都會聚在一起，打掃房子，這就意味著新的一年以全新的開端開始了。我喜歡和家人一起做家務，這對我來說是快樂的時刻。在我清潔每一個角落時，總是能找到之前丟失的東西，發現的那一刻，我就很興奮，就像得到一個大驚喜。我父母會買新的窗簾裝飾房子，改變室內風格。完成工作后，房子看起來像是全新的，這樣我們都有了好心情。父母和我在清潔期間會愉快地聊天，我們談論過去的日子，開心地笑，期待新的一年。As the spring festival is coming, I decide to tell you something about Spring Festival.春節快到了，我要告訴你些關于春節的一些事。Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year,which counts from the first day in the lunar calendar ,and is the most important holiday in China.From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year.They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy new clothes .Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular.To those who live far away from their home,this festival is also a family reunion occasion.春節，即中國人的新年，他是從農歷的第一天開始算起開始的，是中國最重要的節日。從一月末到二月初人們忙著為新年做準備。他們打掃房屋、理發和買新衣服。餃子是最受歡迎的。對那些遠離家鄉的人們，春節是一個合家團聚的時刻。And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family.At the time,the children will play the fireworks and firecracker。further more，once the children greet to olds， for return,the olds will give the children lucky money.and last The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends and wish each other good luck in the new year,remember to be happy!這時，小孩子們就會開始燃放鞭炮和爆竹，還有只要小孩子對大人們打招呼了，作為獎勵，小孩子們還會得到壓歲錢。最后，新年第一天人們訪友并互祝新年好運,別忘記了要開心一點!第二篇The Spring Festival, Chinese New Year, is the most important festival for all of us.春節，寓意著中國新年，是我們中國人最重要的傳統節日。All family members get together on New Year Eve to have a big meal. At the same time, everyone celebrates to each other. On the first early morning of one year, people stick the Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some houses windows are stuck on red paper cuttings. The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days, we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time,children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival.在這個節日里，所有的家人都在除夕夜聚在一起吃一頓大餐。同時，每個人都互相慶祝著。在一年的第一個清晨，人們在門上貼上或掛上對聯。一些房子的窗戶粘上紅色的剪紙上。中國新年會持續十五天。所以在這十五天里，我們總是登門拜訪我們的親戚。那時，孩子們最快樂，因為他們可以從父母、祖父母、叔叔、阿姨還有其他親戚那里得到很多紅包。春節的最后一天是另一個節日。It names the Lantern Festival. It lasts about the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school，and shops are closed.農歷新年是中國人民的盛事。它持續大約一年的前四天，在此期間,除了值班的工人以外其他人都不工作。學生不上學，商店關門。Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare. Farmers kill pigs，sheep，cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at the gate.新年的前幾天，人們開始準備。農民宰殺豬、羊、公雞和母雞。城市居民買肉、魚和蔬菜。房子被打掃了，對聯貼在門上。門口掛著五顏六色的燈籠。On the eve of the new year， each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year，almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. When people meet on the way， they say to each other "Happy New Year". Friends and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.春節是中國的傳統節日。我們也把它叫做春節。它是在每年的農歷的1月1日。On new years eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch TV new year progammes. We have a wonderful evening on new year’s eve.除夕之夜，所有的人圍坐在餐桌旁，吃了一頓大大的家宴。有一些蔬菜，一些魚，一些肉，一些水果和一些飲料，像果汁，可樂，百事可樂和一些不錯的葡萄酒。總的來說，這是一頓美味可口的晚餐。晚飯后，我們總是看電視新年節目。我們在除夕夜度過了一個愉快的夜晚。On the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say "happy new year" to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. After breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. On the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.在春節的第一天，大部分人都早早起床，互致“新年快樂”。人們把餃子和包子當做早餐來吃。早餐過后，大人們會經常做許多美味的食物，而孩子們經常玩紙牌、電腦游戲和煙花。在春節的第二天和第三天時，我們會登門拜訪朋友和親戚。Everyone is busy on chinese new year, and everyone is happy, too.每個人的春節都很忙碌，但每個人也都很開心。第五篇Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .Its to celebrate the lunar calendar s new year.春節是中國最重要的節日，是為了慶祝農歷新年。In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers. Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck. People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune.在春節前的晚上，家人聚在一起吃大餐，許多地方人們喜歡放鞭炮，餃子是最傳統的食物，孩子們非常喜歡這個節日，因為他們可以吃美味的食物，穿新衣服，他們也可以從父母那里得到一筆壓歲錢。這筆錢是送給孩子們的好運氣。人們把春聯貼在墻上以獲得好運。The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long. People visit relatives and friends with the words "Have all your wishes ". People enjoy the Spring Festival, during this time they can have a good rest.春節大約會持續15天，人們會在春節期間走親訪友，對那些親友們說一句“祝你一切順利”。人們可以好好享受春節，在這段時間里，他們可以好好休息。
