★ Go across the bridge.
Go across the bridge.穿過橋去。
Across 表示穿過，指得是從一細長物休如街道等的一邊到另一邊，如要指從街的一頭到另一頭則用through.例如：
Yesterday I saw a friend of mine across the street.
昨天我在街的對面看見了我的一個朋友。
Go through the street and you can find the shop.
到街道的那頭你就能找到商店。
★ You cant miss it!
You cant miss it!你一定會找得到的。
這是在告訴對方路后的一句肯定話。意思是讓對方放心，告訴得沒錯。例如：
Go along this road and take the second turning on the left.You cant miss it.
沿著這條路走，到第二個轉彎處向左拐，你肯定能找到。
★ They saw many old things on show.
They saw many old things on show.他們看見有許多展出的舊東西。
Be on show 表示展出。show 可以和介詞或者副詞一起構成短語，表示領某人到。例如：
This picture will be on show next week.
這張照片下周將要展出。
Let me show you around our school.
讓我領你到我們學校看看。

She pointed at one of the things.她指著一樣東西。
Pointed at，表示指著，point 在這兒是及物動詞，常和at 搭配使用。例如：
Please point at the words and read them.
請指著單詞并且讀出來。
He pointed at the picture and asked me if I knew him.
他指著照片問我是否我認識他。
★ It makes me feel thirsty!
It makes me feel thirsty!它使我感到口渴。
Make sb.do使某人干.do 是省略to 的動詞不定式，作賓語補足語。能跟這樣的不定式的動詞還有l(wèi)et,hear,watch,see,feel和help等。但如果它們是被動句子時，則不能省略to .例如：
He made me work hard.
他讓我努力工作。
I see him go into the car.
我看見他進了小汽車。
He helps me study English.
他幫助我學習英語。

How long have you had it?你有了它多長時間了？
這是一句擁有某樣東西有多長時間了的問句，句中的have had 表示已經有，實際上就是動詞have 的一般完成時形式。即have +過去分詞。例如：
I have had my breakfast.
我已經吃早飯了。
She has had a good rest.
她已經好好休息了。
