  一、命題研究

  議論文是一種通過剖析事物,論述事理,發表見解的文體。議論型完形填空分為兩種,一種是夾敘夾議型的完形填空,另一種是純議論型的完形填空。第一種的基本模式是:敘述事件,提出感情,做出結論。第二種的基本模式是:提出論點,列舉論據,提出看法。這種完形填空都有以下特點:

  1.首句制勝,論點明確議論型完形填空絕大多數都把文章主旨句作為首句。作者一般在這句話中提出論點,然后在各段的首句提出分論點。

  2.結構清晰,脈絡有序議論型完形填空的三要素:論點、論據和論證。它們一般有序地安排在引子、正文、結論使文章脈絡清楚,邏輯流暢,會使用一些連接詞。如:on the contrary,all ,n short, generally。worse still,n the other hand,in conclusion,as a consequence,hence,also,personally,furthermoredefinitely,surely,undoubtedly,obviously,additionally,besides,likewise,for the sake f,firstly等。

  3.按一定的方法論證議論型完形填空都是按一定的論證方法來論證的。常用的論證方法有:歸納法(分析個別事物,達到共同點,得出結論);推理法(從原理出發,個別分析說明,得出結論);對照法(正反對照,分析說明,得出結論);駁論法(闡述錯誤觀點,逐條批駁,闡明觀點)。

  一般情況下,完形填空短文都不給標題,不容易把握文章的主題和大意。但短文首句通常不設空格,這就為我們窺視文章全貌提供了一個窗口,而尾句往往是文章的總結,結論和點睛之筆,所以抓住開篇啟示作用的首句和總結概括性的尾句是必要的。

  2.精讀短文析文章

  2.詞語辨析,表面上是語境中詞語的語意選擇,其實是考查詞匯的運用能力。

  3.熟練的語法知識。盡管近年來單純考查語法知識的題目很少,但熟練的語法知識不但可以有助于快速理解文章的句子結構和大意,對解題也很有幫助。

  4.注意培養結合全文結構和中心思想,根據常識和上下文提供的信息進行理解,分析和推理能力。

  5.要加強對上下文邏輯關系的理解,如轉折關系、讓步關系、因果關系、遞進關系、增補關系、比較關系、對比關系等,以及對轉換詞語的運用能力的培養。

  While attending a conference, I returned to my motel room late one rainy evening. The overhead light outside my door was _ 1_and I had difficulty finding the keyhole.
