【精析】similar用作形容詞,意為 “相似的”,常與to連用構(gòu)成similar to,如:
My teaching style is similar to that of most other teachers.
【辨析】same/similar
1) same可作形容詞,意為 “相同的,同樣的”,它表示食物毫無改變或者完全相同,常與the連用,如:The two boys look the same.
same還可以用作代詞,意為 “同樣的人,同樣的事”,如:This sentence means the same as that one.
當(dāng)表示 “與…相同”時,用固定搭配the same as,其中as不可以用like代替,如:My coat is the same as yours.

【拓展】express是expression的動詞形式,意思是“表示,表達”。
如:H e wants to express his ideas clearly.他想清除地表達個人意見。
3. keep
【精析】keep doing sth.一直做某事,同一件事情;He kept reading the novel.
keep to do sth. 堅持作另外一件事情
After finishing the job,he kept to read the novel.
