1. Era 本身是時代，漢譯英時常用來翻譯“新形勢”、“新時期”、“新紀元”等詞。
制定了新時期西藏工作的指導思想和特殊優(yōu)惠政策

新中國成立和阿拉伯國家相繼獨立，開創(chuàng)了中阿友好交往的新紀元。

2. Decide on，主要替換“制定”等詞。
If you decide on something or decide upon something, you choose it from two or more possibilities.

3. Mount，本身表示加大，常用分詞形式，延伸出來的增加、拓展、集聚等詞都可以用 mount 來譯。

Downward pressure on China’s economy has continued to mount
新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家風險和挑戰(zhàn)不斷集聚
