　　這種題型，以前看人也介紹過(guò)，并且很具體，這里把他們總結(jié)在一起。

　　首先辨別是租房還是買(mǎi)房。for lease 與for sale

　　房子的類(lèi)型有：flat, apartment, dormitory, student hotel,

　　youth hostel

　　一般房子有的家電或設(shè)施有：

　　bedroom, kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine,

　　air-condition, electric fans, radiator, electric stoves

　　床上用品有

　　pillow, pillow case, bed linen, sheet, mattress, blanket, towel

　　房子位置：.

　　road, street, lane,

　　門(mén)廳的叫法：hall, lobby, porch

　　租房的規(guī)律為：

　　離市中心越近，房?jī)r(jià)越高，位置稍偏，價(jià)錢(qián)會(huì)比較有吸引力.但便宜的

　　這也是與文化背景有關(guān)系的，外國(guó)人注重人的實(shí)踐能力，從小培訓(xùn)，

　　一般是司機(jī)，導(dǎo)游，bbc programme介紹某個(gè)地方，城市的基本情況。

　　主要包括：

　　u　人口，語(yǔ)言風(fēng)土人情

　　u　好處，不利

　　u　吸引人之處

　　distance from nearest city, population,

　　advantage/disadvantage:注重轉(zhuǎn)折詞匯的運(yùn)用：however, nevertheless,
